Panel benders are a different animal from the press brakes most hobbyists know. Instead of pressing a sheet between a punch and V-die, a panel bender clamps the sheet flat and swings a bending blade up or down around the clamped edge. That geometry lets it form up-bends and down-bends without flipping the workpiece, and it handles pre-painted or polished stainless without leaving tool marks — which is exactly why kitchen cabinet fabricators favor them.

The "electric servo" bit matters too. Older panel benders were hydraulic; servo-electric drives give you repeatable angle control (important when you're bending a box that has to close square) and much lower idle power draw.
