This repo caught my eye because of its unusually specific domain: a Bolted Flange ML Pipeline App. That's a phrase you don't see every day on GitHub. Bolted flanges are the joints that hold together pressurized piping in chemical plants, refineries, power stations, and offshore platforms — and when they leak, things get expensive (or dangerous) fast.
The intersection here is genuinely interesting:
Without a README it's hard to know how far along the implementation is, but the framing alone is a refreshing departure from the usual portfolio sites and tutorial clones. If the author is a mechanical engineer learning to ship software, this is exactly the kind of cross-disciplinary project worth encouraging.
Who would benefit: piping and reliability engineers curious about applying ML to joint integrity, mechanical engineers learning full-stack development, and anyone interested in industrial digital-twin tooling. Even as a work-in-progress, the domain framing is worth a look.
